With I Am Better you can organize your life, build habits, to-do lists, portray and track goals, plan and set reminders. Check your statistics to manage your achievements and efforts. Customize your own categories and tasks, so I Am Better becomes YOUR app.
To create a task, you can do it from the Home, Task and Matrix page. Simply click the + sign and fill the information for the task. If you are in home, after clicking the + sign, choose create task.
To create a sub-category, first go to Home Page, then select the Category where you want to create the subcategory and then click the + sign, afterward choose Create Subcategory.
To create a Category, go to Home page, click the + sign and then choose Create Category.
Task: in the task page, click the x at the right of the task you want to delete, then confirm to the delete entry message.
Sub-category: First make sure all tasks related to the sub-category to be deleted are completed or deleted. Then go to Home Page, choose the parent category of the sub-category and press the x at the right of the subcategory to be deleted. The predefined subcategories at the beginning cannot be deleted, that is why they do not have an x.

Important note: you will not be able to delete Categories or subcategories pre-loaded by I Am Better. The intention is to give ideas and guidance.
Statistics in the Middle of Top bar: represents the total unique tasks of the current month (recurrent task only counts once) and the percentage represents the accomplishment corresponding to current month to date. Example: If we are on the 7 of the month, it considers the tasks that have to be completed from day 1-7 of the current month.
The statistics in the upper left corner of the categories represent the tasks from the corresponding category in the current month and the accomplishment percentage month to date from the specific categories.
We understand that in our daily life we use different apps. So, to simplify and make it easier, you can relate an app to the task, so once you are checking the task to be done, you can be redirected, do the job and when clicking the back button on the phone, returning to I Am Better to log the action accomplished. No more searching for the apps you are going to use.
Like linking an app and being redirected automatically, you can link a webpage to be redirected. When creating a task, go to the section “Link App or Website to task” and introduce the website direction you want to associate to the task. Then every time you click on the related task, you will have on the details, the website that when clicking you will be redirected.
Green Check: task marked as done.
Green Star: task with target to achieve certain amount completed at 100% or more.
Orange Star: task with target to achieve certain amount partially done.
Red X: task not done or accomplished.
Gray Square: task to be done, but no input given yet.
Black circle with slash: represents a day when the task is not intended to be done
Black Square with slash: represents a task marked as exempt, meaning that it was supposed to be done originally, but then we input that it does not correspond to be accomplished or exemption.
